Payment Methods

At this moment we are only able to offer bank transfers (Vorkasse) as payment method. 

When your purchase is complete you will be shown our bank details. Transfer the amount of money across to our bank, and remember to include the order number as a reference.  

Payment must be received in full and cleared before any goods are dispatched.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship at the moment only to Germany via DHL (4,90€ shipping cost included at checkout) but you can also choose a pickup location at the checkout if you live in Hamburg and want to save the delivery costs! 

All orders ship within 2-3 business days. As soon as the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The 2-3 day projected ship time will start on the following Monday.
